Ahhh…The Still Whiskey.
A casual, quaint and charming spin on your classic steak house. Located in Old Town Fort Collins, the Still Whiskey has been around since 2015. They are known for their mouthwatering whiskey marinated steaks and good old whiskey to sip on. They have a wide selection of local whiskeys– over 4o Colorado whiskeys to choose from.
They are not you typical steakhouse and they pride them selves in offering upscale quality in a casual and warm Colorado style environment. They also offer many great menu options aside from steak. Their seafood is fresh and delicious! They even have vegetarian options to choose from, making it a spot for everyone.
One thing we love about The Still Whiskey is their ability to get their burgers cooked right for takeout. Not many restaurants do this properly, and The Still does! They do not recommend ordering steaks for take out, and with good reason! A steak so good should be enjoyed the right way, fresh off the grill!
